Seasonal Flavors

A Valentines Day is not complete without a dozen rose macarons.  We gently fold pure rose water into our homemade butter cream.  The lightly flecked pink meringue has a hint of cardamom to create this wonderfully floral macaron. (February)

Red Hot

Turn up the heat on your Valentines Day with our red hot macarons.  We start by cooking down the candy to a syrup and mixing it into our homemade butter cream.  We pipe this into our bright red meringue to create this intense but oh so good macaron. (February)

Irish Cream

Our Irish flag inspired macaron is adorned with an orange and green meringue, which will have you marching to our door.  We begin with an Irish Cream custard that is mixed into our signature butter cream.  Your St Patrick’s Day wouldn’t be complete without some. (March)

Chocolate Mint

Paying homage to Girl Scout founder Juliette Gordon Lowe, we created our version of the thin mint.  This vibrant green meringue is filled with our homemade, dark chocolate ganache with a punch of pure mint.  The combo will have you feeling like your enjoying the classic. (March)

Nothings sweeter that a Georgia peach! During the summer months we make a homemade peach jam from locally picked peaches.  Sandwiched between a peachy colored meringue, come taste what put Georgia on the map. (Summer)

Orange Creamsicle

Indulge in this tangy treat that is perfect for a hot summer day.  We start by juicing and zesting fresh oranges to make a homemade curd.  With just a dollop of butter cream this scrumptious citrus macaron cant be beat. (Summer)

Caramel Popcorn

When a Halloween favorite meets meringue, you end up with our caramel popcorn macaron.  We pop all white popcorn and grind it into the meringue.  We layer our homemade caramel butter cream with a dollop of caramel in the center.  This sweet and salty treat is “spooktacular”! (Fall)

Our version of this campfire treat starts with a gluten free graham cracker meringue.  Sandwiched between you will find our homemade bourbon vanilla marshmallow that we fire off to get that toasted flavor.  We dip the top with dark chocolate and sprinkle it with graham cracker crumbs.  Enjoy this gooey treat that will definitely leave you want “s'more.” (Fall)

Pumpkin Spice

A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove brings forth this harvest time staple.  Our homemade pumpkin and white chocolate ganache is sandwiched between two spiced meringues.  Its easy to “fall” in love with this flavor. (Fall)

German Chocolate

Just in time for Oktoberfest, this Dutch creation turned macaron is highlighted by the coconut and pecan filling.  Brought together with a rich chocolaty meringue and if that is not enough, some dark chocolate drizzle on top. (Fall)

Sugar, spice and everything nice, that’s what these macarons are made of.  Our spiced meringues are filled with a sophisticated blend of fresh ginger and spices sure to make this macaron a holiday delight. (December)

Reinventing this traditional holiday drink into a rich and tasty macaron.  We created an eggnog custard with just enough butter cream to give it a cloud like texture.  This devilish seasonal treat is sure to have you coming back for more. (December)

Candy Cane

Tis the season to be jolly about these beautiful candy cane macarons.  The peppermint, white chocolate ganache contrasts nicely against the bright red meringues, which are dipped in white chocolate and rolled in crushed candy cane.  You better believe this will be on the top of your wish list. Red Velvet

When chocolate and cream cheese comes together it create this southern classic.  We begin with a chocolate meringue tinted to that perfect shade of red and add an ample amount of our traditional cream cheese filling.  This moist and creamy macaron will leave you feeling like your grandma made it.
