Rose

 

A Valentines Day is not complete without a dozen rose macarons.  We gently fold pure rose water into our homemade butter cream.  The lightly flecked pink meringue has a hint of cardamom to create this wonderfully floral macaron.

Black Forest

 

Traditionally know by its layers of chocolate, fresh whipped cream and cherries this homage to the classic German dessert will be a perfect addition for your sweetie.  A dark chocolate meringue with a cherry vanilla pastry cream and a  poached cherry in the center will make it the "cherry on top!"

Irish Cream

 

Our Irish flag inspired macaron is adorned with an orange and green meringue, which will have you marching to our door.  We begin with an Irish Cream custard that is mixed into our signature butter cream.  Your St Patrick’s Day wouldn’t be complete without some.

Paying homage to Girl Scout founder Juliette Gordon Lowe, we created our version of the thin mint.  This vibrant green meringue is filled with our homemade, dark chocolate ganache with a punch of pure mint.  The combo will have you feeling like your enjoying the classic.

Indulge in this tangy treat that is perfect for a hot summer day.  We start by juicing and zesting fresh oranges to make a homemade curd.  With just a dollop of butter cream this scrumptious citrus macaron cant be beat.

Caramel Popcorn

When a Halloween favorite meets meringue, you end up with our caramel popcorn macaron.  We pop all white popcorn and grind it into the meringue.  We layer our homemade caramel butter cream with a dollop of caramel in the center.  This sweet and salty treat is “spooktacular”!

S'mores

Our version of this campfire treat starts with a gluten free graham cracker meringue.  Sandwiched between you will find our homemade bourbon vanilla marshmallow that we fire off to get that toasted flavor.  We dip the top with dark chocolate and sprinkle it with graham cracker crumbs.  Enjoy this gooey treat that will definitely leave you want “s'more.”

A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove brings forth this harvest time staple.  Our homemade pumpkin and white chocolate ganache is sandwiched between two spiced meringues.  Its easy to “fall” in love with this flavor.

Just in time for Oktoberfest, this Dutch creation turned macaron is highlighted by the coconut and pecan filling.  Brought together with a rich chocolatey meringue and if that is not enough, some dark chocolate drizzle on top.

Reinventing this traditional holiday drink into a rich and tasty macaron.  We created an eggnog custard with just enough butter cream to give it a cloud like texture.  This devilish seasonal treat is sure to have you coming back for more.

Candy Cane

Tis the season to be jolly about these beautiful candy cane macarons.  The peppermint, white chocolate ganache contrasts nicely against the bright red meringues, which are dipped in white chocolate and rolled in crushed candy cane.  You better believe this will be on the top of your wish list.

Cinnamon Roll

Just like a gourmet cinnamon bun fresh out of the oven, our cinnamon roll macarons are a tasty treat you wont soon forget.  The meringues have a cinnamon swirl piped right in and are sandwiched with a cream cheese filling finished off by a burst of our homemade brown sugar and cinnamon caramel right in the middle.

Grasshopper

It is the luckiest happy hour dessert you will every make.  Our interpretation of this refreshing minty pie is a blend of white chocolate mint ganache found between our appropriately green meringues drizzled with dark chocolate.

Champagne

Pop the cork and enjoy this bubbly treat.  After simmering Champagne down to a syrup we blend this into our homemade buttercream to create this perfect tasting macaron and sprinkle the meringues with gold sanding sugar to give it a sparkle.
